Rising from the ashes, victims of bullying and body shaming are coming out, taking up space and ruling the world through their inspiring advocacy. One of the stories that will inspire you to accept yourself as you are is of Jane Dipika.

A 22-year-old nurse who is currently representing Nepal in the ever-inclusive beauty pageant Miss Universe 2023. A role model to many, Jade believes in embracing your body type and loving yourself. Body positivity is a worldwide mission to let people know that every body is beautiful in its unique ways, you just need the courage to strengthen your thoughts and represent your identity to the world. Likewise, Jade raises her opinions for women struggling with hormonal issues, mental issues, and weight gain and aspires to spread her advocacy with the Miss Universe platform. She says, "For many beauty pageants can be a fantasy but for me, it's a stage to showcase my real self. I'm curvy and I'm beautiful."

Every girl out there can relate and connect to her words when she delivers the power of her dreams and purpose. Passionate about bringing inclusivity to the universe stage, she did many live interviews with different pageant media handles, Miss Universe contestants like Miss Universe Equatorial Guinea, Miss Universe Thailand 2021 and Miss Earth USA Eco 2022, Emma Loney. Celebrating all bodies, Jade has definitely taken this topic to global recognition. Striving to win the Miss Universe crown, she is turning the tables with her influence and voice for representation and acceptance. Wearing her Miss Universe Nepal crown with pride and confidence, she seeks inspiration from our very own Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu from India who is truly a beautifully confident woman. Jade wants to break the conventional beauty standards and holds her individuality with grace and authenticity urges the young generation to not compare themselves with anyone.  Few amount audience are still not comfortable seeing a real size beauty on Miss Universe stage but Jane Dipika is strongly paving a way for many future pageant contestants who will be breaking barriers.

Bringing Nepal on the international stage, Jane Dipika Garrette wants to stand for all women and men who suffer due to trolling, negative comments, or body shaming.
